By accessing or using T5B5 (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

T5B5 is a community ranking platform where users create and share their personal Top 5 and Bottom 5 lists across various categories. The Service aggregates individual rankings into community-wide results.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to participate in rankings, comments, and social features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to T5B5 (rankings, comments, write-ins). By submitting content, you grant T5B5 a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Submit content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on others’ rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
  • Use automated means to access the Service without permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

6. Intellectual Property

The T5B5 name, logo, and all associated branding are the property of T5B5, Inc. The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by T5B5, Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL T5B5, INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by requiring re-acknowledgement on next sign-in. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
